Returns
Can I exchange or return shoes that do not fit?
We do not offer size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, so please check the size chart before you order. If your pair arrives damaged or is the wrong item, we will replace it or refund you. Read our returns policy.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5-7 business days after the damaged or wrong item passes our quality check, to your original payment method.
