Delivery charges
Charges depend on your PIN code and are shown at checkout once you enter your address. Standard Delivery takes 4-7 business days and Express Delivery 1-2 business days. Standard Delivery is free on orders of ₹2,999 or more, anywhere in India.

Order processing
Orders are packed and handed to our delivery partner within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are counted from dispatch, and orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive an email when your order ships. You can also follow every order from Account → Orders.
Remote areas and delays
Deliveries to remote pin codes, and during sale periods, festivals or bad weather, can take a few days longer. If your order is late, write to shoemberoffical@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase it for you.
